"I did not work directly with Vicky but imagine that she is also proficient - she did follow up with a phone call after the sale. Robert provided excellent service in selling our house. This was my first sale and I was apprehensive but Robert's calm, knowledgeable manner made the process smooth, painless and quick. He provided guidance and information in a way that was reassuring and non-pressuring. When I told him I needed time to cleanout the house, he was respectful and patient. l trusted him and felt that he was my advocate. The sale was completed in less than 3 weeks and for a higher sales price than we expected. I would absolutely entrust my next home sale to Robert Pasmanick."

"We used both Vicky and Robert Pasmanick for the sale of our home and the purchase of our downsize condominium. They were both very patient in answering our seemingly endless questions about fees, contracts, and other real estate matters. They also acquainted us to using electronic signatures and forms. We received listings for properties tailored to our targeted locations and price range as soon as they were on the market. Vicky always promptly set up appointments for us to see properties as soon as we expressed an interest. She also helped with wording the purchase contract to insure that a repair requiring a back-ordered part would be made after closing.Robert created an exceptional brochure the sale of our home with outstanding interior and exterior photographs, floor plan diagrams, drone shots, and concise descriptions. Our front yard sign included a personalized web address and even had solar-powered lights. He recommend a sales beyond our initial expectations. We received and accepted an offer above this price within a few days.Vicky and Robert live in Dunwoody and are very knowledgeable about the area.We highly recommend this very professional and personable team."
